Upon deciding to scale and acquire there are several documents that would be requested in advancement of doing a pricing evaluation, accessing the market growth rate, business model, risk profile, inflation rates, market risk rates and industry growth rates. Followed by drafting a LOI (Letter of Intent) with an offer, accepting a PA (Purchase Agreement) and moving from acquisition to merger. This process is complex, costly and requires very specialized knowledge from multiple individuals involved who have spent decades building and buying businesses.
